(This is a rough start to what is a long list of possibilities you can be. Remember that there are little to no rules in this, other than the classic 'don't be over-powered'. Again, if you have any ideas, feel free to reply to this thread.)

- Though not naturally infused with magic, humans are quick learners and are able to acquire many different abilities.

- Elves come in many different races, including wood elves, high elves, etc.
- Similar in appearance to humans, though their ears are elongated to varying lengths and they are typically taller (5'5-6'5 average)
- Their bodies are more naturally attuned to magic.
- Proficient in nature and healing magic.
- Witch
- Similar in appearance and culture to humans, they are able to live side by side, though many choose solitary lives.
- Proficient in many kinds of magic depending on the type of witch
- Subtypes can range from black-magic witches to white witches (healing) to necromancers.

- Typically between a human and an elf, specify if otherwise.
- Their proficiencies are the best of both races.
- Half-elves are often seen as taboo because elves are a peaceful, but proud race. It's more common for half-elves to live in human societies.

- Usually deerkin or goatkin, Fauns can be any animal combined with a humanoid upper half.

- Living in the mountainous regions in flocks, harpies are intelligent hunter/scavengers. Their population is mostly female and made of a matriarch.

- This type of demon has the power to steal life force through sexual contact. This being said, many are extremely old and maintain their youth this way.
- They typically look very similar to humans, the difference being sharp teeth, elongated ears, and occasionally having demonic wings and a spade tail.

- Lare: The spirit or ghost of an ancestor. Lives with a descendant wherever they may go. Can become a Lemure/Poltergeist if forgotten. Proficient in protection magic.
- Parente: The spirit or ghost of a direct family member (parent, sibling, or child). Lives with their family member wherever they may go. Can become a Lemure/Poltergeist if forgotten. Proficient in healing magic and protection magic.
- Lemure/Poltergeist: The wrathful or mischievous dead. Proficient in dark magic, curses, jinxes, and hexes
Non-Humanoid
- Dragon (S)
- Varying in all shapes, sizes, and temperaments, dragons are extremely unpredictable. Some have scales, some have fur, some have feathers. Most have horns, claws, and sharp teeth, though.

- Typically living in a similar environment as harpies, high in mountainous cliffs and forests. They live solitary lives as cunning predators.

***In addition to this, any species that has (S) next to it is able to shift into a human version of it. Please, however, do not bend the rules and shift many times within a given period of time. This falls under the category of 'being a bitch and going god-mode on everyone else'. Thanks. :)
